Posted on Jul 24th, 2026 Comments (0)
Dear Neighbors, We are replacing the locks (and keys) at the Kirby Bend pool next week! A locksmith will be onsite, Thursday, July 30th starting at 9am. What does this mean for you? All existing keys can be disposed of. They will no longer work (starting Thursday). New keys will be available, one per household. The first key will be free and any replacement key will be $20. Members must be in good standing with the HOA in order to obtain the key. Board members will be available (at the pool) the following dates/times to hand out the new keys: Thursday, July 30th: 2pm-6pm Friday, July 31st: 3pm-7pm Saturday, August 1st: 10am-2pm Residents/Owners will be asked to show ID to confirm ownership/address and sign for the key. Rental Properties: tenants CAN pick up a key but will be asked to show ID AND a copy of the rental agreement matching the owners name with their name listed as the renter. Keys will be taken to the management company (CMSI) after Saturday's pickup is completed. Anyone who missed getting their key, will need to go to CMSI (2615 Bay Area Blvd. Houston 77058). CMSI office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00 pm. If you have any questions, please email Melissa Turner at mturner@cmsisolutions.com. Thank you, Kirby Bend HOA
