Our pool facility, and play areas have 24/7 video and audio surveillance. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Management Company at 281-480-2563. 
 
The common sense rules of the pool:
  1. No lifeguard on duty.
  2. Swim at your own risk.
  3. Pool hours: 7:00am to 10:00pm daily during pool season.
  4. Do not swim alone.
  5. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  6. No diving, running, pushing or horseplay.
  7. No alcohol, no smoking.
  8. Guests shall be limited to two per resident and must be accompanied by the resident.
  9. No pets are allowed past the gate entrance.  Pets are allowed in the open green space, but all pet waste must be picked up.
  10. Pool gate must remain closed after entry or exit.
  11. Parking area is for those using the pool and playground facilities during normal operating hours. No overnight parking.
* Pool keys are $20.00 and are available for purchase at the CMSI office (2615 Bay Area Blvd. Houston 77058).  Call 281-480-2563 to contact the management company. 

 
Pool and Pool House Rental
 
The Kirby Bend Pool is available to rent for pool parties for Kirby Bend residents in good standing. A $50.00 refundable deposit is required.  A pool party can last no more than 2 hours. After that, the pool is open to all residents.  If the party goes past two hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
 
Terms of Reservation Agreement
  • Pool must be reserved 2 weeks in advance.
  • Completed Hold Harmless Agreement is Required 
  • Pool will not be available on any holiday or holiday weekend.
  • $50.00 refundable deposit made payable to Kirby Bend Property Owner's Association is required to reserve the pool. 
  • There is a 2 hour time limit on pool reservations.  If two people have reserved the pool on the same day, there must be a 2 hour gap between parties to allow for clean up and set up.
  • Failure to clean up will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • Any damage or missing property will be the responsibility of the resident who reserves the pool.
  • Damages in excess of the deposit will be billed to the resident who reserves the pool.
  • Pavilion must be cleaned, swept and hosed down after use.
  • All trash and debris must be removed from the pool and pool area. 
  • Pool renters need to bring their own trash bags and remove from the site when the event is over. 
  • Pool renters need to bring their own toilet paper.
  • The association reserves the right to suspend future reservations if complaints arise.
