Residents are reminded that dogs are required to be on a leash and other pets must be in "direct physical control" by the owner anytime they are not confined in a house or fenced yard. This is a requirement of both Pasadena city code  and Kirby Bend's Covenants.

 

Pet owners should keep their pets properly and humanely confined or leashed. If a loose animal is an immediate threat, please call Pasadena Animal Control at 281-991-0602.
